Replaced it and it blew again as soon as the key was turned on. I pulled all the relays out, replaced #22 fuse, turned the key on. Inserted one relay at a time until the fuse blew: relay #302 = PCM. I've removed the air filter and battery and looked for any chaffed/pinched wires, but have not found anything in those areas.
