Talk to a medical doctor; B. find a counselor of some sort and investigate the possibilities with someone trained in untangling the kind of vines that depression can grow. WebMeditation can have you ruminating on the same thoughts over and over again which could make the depression worse. There are accounts of people to whom this has happened and it's for that reason, we generally do not recommend meditation as an approach to dealing with depression.
