The sound is fairly … WebMay 29, 2024 · Late last year I bought a set of Fisher ST-830 speakers that are much like what you have. They use 15" woofers, 5" mid-ranges and 3" tweeters. The bass in these are also quite boomy and not well controlled. I had to replace the mid-range units as both were open due to being overdriven. I am currently using them occasionally just for test speakers.
