WitrynaI would not worry about the 4 keys unless you kill the last Phylake and he does not drop one. You get the fourth when you finish the quest line. There is a little more to it after you kill the final Phylake. Not sure why you can not find the last one. They can appear in areas of the map that you ave not discovered and are still clouded.
