WebbI can generally drink more water if my gut is moving well or if I have sweated with exercise. If I don't sweat when exercising, I start bloating and I can overheat, making it difficult to drink water or eat. Evening times seem to be the best to get in enough water as my thermoregulation is better and the gut is moving well.
